Who you're buying from. Quality Gate is a product of TruVantage Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company and the seller of record. Charges appear on your card statement as "QUALITY GATE" — that's us.
Data disclosure. Quality Gate sends the content you submit to five third-party model providers for review: OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, xAI, and z.ai (a China-based provider). Do not submit content you do not have the right to share, or anything confidential you cannot send to these providers. Verdicts and review metadata are stored to operate the service (audit and credit accounting).
Purchases & refunds. Review packs are one-time purchases of prepaid review credits. Because credits fund third-party model usage the moment a review runs, purchases are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. If a review cannot be completed — a system error or a panel that cannot reach a verdict — the credit for that review is automatically restored to your balance and you are not charged for it.
Service limits. Free-trial accounts include a limited number of reviews and a daily cap; the service may throttle or refuse abusive usage. If one or more model providers is unavailable, the review report discloses exactly which reviewers ran.
